We have just returned ftom a week in Rome and stayed at this lovely B&B. It is run by a mum and daughter and nothing was too much trouble. Because we arrived at different times at different airports they waited for us both and gave us lots of information. Its only a small place with two main apartments and a shared kitchen but beautifully maintained. There is a cleaner who comes in every day. Breakfast was provided which included cereals, yoghurts, bread, meats ,fruit and individually wrapped cakes, biscuits. Tea and coffee. Best bit was its location. Go out of the main door and turn left and right in front was St Paul's Basillica, amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go again

Really clean and tidy B&B. Great shower and well stocked kitchen. A few minutes walk to restaurants etc and just a few more minutes walk to the Vatican. Very close to St Peters Train station as well. Highly recommended inexpensive and convenient accommodation for a Rome visit

Really professional treatment. Clean rooms, quiet place, close to all the historical locations. The host is just the best guy ever! Thank you for everything Enrico! We will visit again soon, for sure!

Enrico, thank you for our fabulous stay in Rome. The apartment was just beautiful - Airy, spacious cool and very welcoming. Cleaned daily, lovely food/pastries left out for us and a fab coffee machine!! It was a 10 min walk to The Vatican (we couldn’t ask for a better location) with so much to see along the way. Very central location with taxis costing only €10 for up for 10-15 min journeys. Thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment due to our late flight. It was very much appreciated. Danielle and Brian (Kildare, Ireland)

I start with the good stuff: good comfy beds, one good working shower, nice little details all around the apartment and close to Vatican. Now the not so good stuff: property advert describes it with garden view. This is in basement, so don't know where this comes from. Wifi was slow. Shower number 2 not working properly. The biggest thing though is the misleading description for the living room. This is a shared space with the kitchen featuring one broken two seater sofa. Not sure how you can fit 5 people on this. Essentially there is no living room. My guess is that the owner has converted the previous living room into bedroom number three. When I posted my review on booking.com website I got a torrent of abuse from the current owner including swear words. Will be interesting if he answers to this review and in what manner. For the money I cannot recommend this apartment. It is also curious how this apartment got a good number of 10.0 reviews on booking.com with no further writing whatsoever. I do apologies in advance for the owner's reply. Thanks
